Delivery time:

We know you are waiting for your products. We do our best to deliver to the address provided as soon as possible. If we have your product in stock we will deliver within 4/5 business days. If a product is not in stock we will contact you to discuss the delivery time.

Delivery:

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you provide. In the meantime, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment.

Transportation costs:

Shipping costs in Belgium are 80 EUR. If you order 4 wall panels or more, shipping in Belgium is free.

Return:

Our panels can be taken back (undamaged, of course). The collection fee for this is 80 EUR. 

Complaints:

Complaints resulting in possible returns can be sent by e-mail to info@belusso.eu. A staff member will then contact you quickly to work together towards a solution. The handling of your complaint can take up to 14 days, especially if we have to deal with production errors.
